"The day I was found"

Another day in paradise with Rusty an Georige all started because of this little guy        "Sylvester". I found him alone in the yard of my work , a very large industrial manufacturing company in Brisbane Qld. Australia on 20-6-12. he was about 3 weeks old. I personally have never had a cat as a pet, but the bond between us was almost instant. 

 

Unfortunately Sylvester or "Sly" as he became known around the house , suffered from a illness that was never diagnosed, yet claimed his life on 12-12-12 . having to take him to the vet to be put to sleep was one of the hardest thing's I have had to do in my life. he was only in our care for 6 months but in that very short time left us all with a life time of memories. Who would have thought such a small quiet kitten could leave such a silence in the house.  The week before we lost Sly is when Rusty and Georgie were found and we didn't know if we could cope caring for two more kittens as we were devastated at losing Sly.   However, looking at these two tiny helpless creatures which were in the same situation as Sly we realised they needed help just like our special little guy.
